i am fatter.. it was a good picture.. hehe.. i weigh right now 215 pounds, it's like almost 100 kg.. for my 182 aka 6ft 1in height it's quite too much, most of it is concentrated in my stomach...

its all about Beachbody Asylum Insanity vol.1. Bought the set, looking forward to at least trying the 1st video as a test. My 2 bosses and best friends are doing it as well. So its like a support group and test group. Lots of people we know are thinking of doing this....but want to see our results.
