incorrect =)
"do not make a post after your own post for at least 30 minutes" - which meant, when you make a post, and noone else posts after you, you gotta give it 30 minutes and you're free to post again, right after your own post.

this rule is actually given to encourage everyone to do post 266, thus hoping to make 267 too, in 30 minutes, if noone else, hopefully, is there to do it. you know? otherwise only those who don't care and don't want points will go for 266, like me..
