have 2000 segments, 500 per stream, in the list of links to download for DTA, and i just let it run through all of them, knowing that most will not be available, and then i  do manual restart. as long as one "scan" can fit in 7 minutes (that is as much as they keep of live feed on their servers) - then i am OK. =)

i am also recording twitch, of course. seems like twitch source bitrate option is exactly same as per .ts file method.. only 1 channel on twitch, though, right?

if anyone is interested to download per .TS file... all 4 streams mixed together... nice list of links for DTA... just need to adjust the download speed (about 6000kbps x 4) and go... i got tired of adding groups of links to DTA, so made this script...

simply add start and end, look up current segment in browser inspect network.. each segment is 7sec so about 500 segments per hour... whole broadcast should be about 8-9hrs, so maybe 4000 segments.. i am sure this will continue for rebroadcasting. i personally missed first hour on each stream trying figuring out... so will be recording beginning of rebroadcast too...

@slash: if you install FireFox, SeaMonkey, IceDragon, PaleMoon or Waterfox next to each other you can use different DTA instances.

doing segment downloading as well (scripted), have everything in case you miss something.

...or i can just use my segment lister, and don't need to use 4 DTA's, worry about each one of them running ahead or lagging behind, cause of the 7 minute window.. and if it it lags so that episodes start expiring - then all is ruined.. and if it runs too fast, it'll mark all future segments 404 and forget about it... in any case, i am now easily downloading 26k segments i've imported from that page i listed, somewhere around 3000kbps for the download speed. still watching it though.. i mean, the numbers..

i am actually experiencing high computer load if i use youtube-dl recently, i don't know why and what, but whenever it initiates itself, it puts my cpu load over the top.. for a few moments. i don't know, i think all this mining i did over the past year has somehow screwed up my pc or something.. i was able to mine before and record several streams or at least set up multiple batches to keep checking until it starts. now if i just do 1 of them ahead of time, i cannot listen to music on my pc, how bad it gets.. every few seconds load goes 100% for a moment.. and if more than 1 waiting  - forget about it.. while it rips, no extra load, cause of course all it does is download files 1 by 1, according to playlist, but in any case, it's downloading. while initial youtube-dl startup loads built-in mozilla... anyways, need new PC.. or move to the other one i have sitting never used.. intel xeon 6 core 12GB. VS my current AMD 8 core 16GB..

It seems like the streams crashed...

facebook quality is like 4 times worse than original stream... why even bother?

on the other hand, does anyone have problems with trying to watch the broadcast? my stupid chrome browser some cache issue got stuck on segment 4456, even with open inspect and disabled cache it still cannot go away from segment 4456.... i simply cannot watch in browser... omg, technology

oh so you too having problems? streams are up, i think maybe m3u8 file got stuck on server or something... downloading segments still works fine...
