I can make Better New Genre Icons, page 2

La petite mort

Allowing the user to select their own buttons would be best. It would give this site more customization options, more personalized. BUT if its too much coding over a minor thing, just have a poll and let the people decide which buttons to use. OR become a dictator and choose for us :]

idea: you could have people trade in immortal points to unlock new button sets, gives us something to spend those points on.

Damn'! iseeyoursoul, that's pretty impressive!!

Hey Guys I had An Idea!
I was thinking about it may be a good idea to have a button for dark style.
What do you think?

and it's done!! 2 more sets of icons have been introduced, you can find them here https://tribalmixes.com/icons_panel.php and in your regular profile window right on top here https://tribalmixes.com/my.php ... sometimes there will also be a suggestion to try these new Icons on torrents page, that is for those who has at least a few dozens of Immortal Points and has not yet tampered with these new Icons Sets, but it'll stop as soon as you try switching them or simply update your profile.
also please note, these new Icons are not "free", you will have to Enable them, and that can be done in exchange for 99 Immortal Points for the first set (iseeyoursoul I) or 149 for the second (iseeyoursoul II). the regular 'new' set can be set active whenever you please, as well as these Icons, - you can switch between sets you've Enabled once...
there will be more info here later, if someone wants to make 20 Icons and make them good enough to be displayed on TribalMixes - give it your best, and we will get you back with a steady income of these points...

"most beloved" tribalmixes icons are back!!! many users have voted in favor of "old icons" in the poll a few months back, when new "rounded corners" icons were introduced, noone was up to the task of reproducing the background of old icons to make 2 matching new icons (tm-only and tm-mixes), but finally i've given it quite a few hours, and i've come up with a way and here are these "old icons", give them a new spin for just 99 points. enable them in your PROFILE or on this special page, where you can also preview all icons before activating them. to remind you what i'm talking about, here are a few of them

a bit of history.. first there were few "neon" icons, those were the "version 1 of default icons", then a few more genres were added, and "version 1.5" was produced, new icons didn't match the design of the first version, so soon both these versions were replaced by "version 2", which was made by someone, whose name i don't remember now, and those icons were active for like 3 years or something, and finally "version 3 - rounded corners" was made and set active, and just a couple of weeks back new feature of multiple sets of genre icons was implemented, so now everyone can chose from 4 different sets of icons (not including default versions 1 and 1.5, but soon planned to be brought in), including 2 sets made by iseeyoursoul tm-user.

but by time i liked them.
but for now i will use the classic icons so i can remember my early days on TM
and u gave us one more thing to spend our points on
