What does "Enable Personal Title" do?

it enabled your personal title on posts and comments. mine says "livesets" and yours now says "user", when you enable it - you can change it..

I have searched for information on what this feature does, and entering the term into the search bar has not yielded results. It costs 200 points, what does it do?
