justseed.it allowed?

There is a free seedbox service called "justseed.it" and it is currently in a public Beta. Am I allowed to use this as a seedbox? It would be using the client "Deluge" v1.3.6. So my question is, am I allowed and does it need any setup?

Seedboxes are allowed, though a user is identified by IP address so you will need to log onto the site through the seedbox at least once just before starting the torrent, otherwise the site won't know which user is downloading with that seedbox. There's a few bits here and here in the FAQ about different or changing IP addresses.

You'd need to ask the seedbox provider for a proxy, which on itself is simple to set up, but I very much doubt they will do this for users with a free account. A seedbox without a proxy/VPN/NX... is not possible to use on TM. If you can use a proxy or so, then you shouldn't need any additional setup.

PS I haven't seen any seedbox provider work the way they do, you have unlimited disk space, but are limited on bandwidth and probably also on speed itself (as it's shared, probably with many), and have only very basic functionality. It's an interesting choice for people who have a very irregular download schedule, but I have my doubts about reliability.

u have to have the same IP as your seedbox

Let me clarify this, you need to be logged into the Tribalmixes (https://www.tribalmixes.com) and active from the IP of your seedbox. This means you have to have to have access to the command line or a proxy enabled with your seedbox provider. If you have either of these then i can run your through how to set either of them up.

whatismyip is the best way to find out if your browser is setup correctly as it will show you the ip address you are currently browsing from.

ah... all this seedboxing.. making me do the passkey, so no ip crap will be given anymore... =)

im gonna put an option to download torrent with passkey, plus an option in user-account where user can choose if use passkey always or just per request, i.e. when torrent is downloaded specially with passkey, like times when it's destined for the seedbox.. and passkey-always-on option will be for the seedboxes who use rss-feeds..

thanks to slash's coding all you have to do now, is click on the torrent you want to download, once you are in the info page, you will find get torrent with passkey on the top right.

click it
download the torrent
and add it to your torrent client without worrying about your IP address

I managed to make up my file to justseed, now how do I get the seed, so that the users of the site can download straight from the seedbox.i use site music-vid
