Award made my donation dissappear? Please Help!

Hi All,
So I joined this site 2 days ago, and decided to make a donation to support the site and get a bit of ratio. That credited me with 80Gb - great.

This morning I come on and see i have an award to collect - I click on it and it says it has decreased by 78Gb (ok - but i've only downloaded 4.063 Gb (3030 + 630 + 403Mb).

Then I went and looked at my ratio again, and now it's showing as having uploaded 40.71Gb and Downloaded 43.35Gb for a share ratio of 0.935 - that was 78.something before!

Can an admin please fix this for me please? I have uploaded 80Gb (donation) + a bit (utorrent), and only downloaded 4Gb.

Now it says I have downloaded 64.51 Gb (not true, as per earlier post, it's still 4Gb) and uploaded 44.51Gb (again, not true, my donation should have made it 80, plus the 102mb i have seeded back from downloading the 4Gb.

This system is broken - can someone please help me? My ratio is down to 0.6 whereas it should be in the 70s (uploaded 80.1, downloaded 4)

I too cannot workout your ratio, I concur that your ratio should be as you state. Don't dwell over it, slash (Sysop) will run his eyes over the situation and amend or let you know the outcome.

Many thanks for replying :) it's a relief that it isn't something i've done wrong.

Just an update, my uploads are now at 41.91 and my downloads are at 75.09Gb so my ratio is back down to 0.558 - i still haven't downloaded anything else apart from 3 torrents that I got shortly after donating.

I don't mind if it takes several days or weeks extra before anything is amended as it might be better to find out why the downloads just keep going up first - it can't be someone else using my account because my account shows I have only got the 3 torrents - not 53 lol - i do use a VPN if that makes any difference (I'm Australian btw)

Just an update, this morning I wake up and i have:
Upload: 43.25Gb
Download: 16,777,215.92Tb

Yes that's right folks, i've downloaded 16.7 ZETABYTES of data - is it even possible that this site has that much data to download - ignoring the fact I would be banned after a ratio of 0.0 anyway.

It looks like I can still download - the 2 I just added should take my real downloads up to about 4.7Gb. It will be interesting to see what happens after Jan 3.  

something weird was happening. but hopefully it's been fixed. it's all fault of memcache and caching of data for faster serving it back to user, appears sometimes it screws everything up.. over 3000 users were affected by that, all of them were reimbursed, some - overly so.. again done so with hope that noone will be upset and that it'll all stabilize soon.

ps. $50 donation gave you only 40GB upload credit. because it doubles (next step) if you have over $50 donated. if you donate another $50 - it will be 80GB credit. yes, if you donated $1 first and then $50, you'd have received 80GB credit..

I'm considering donating $100 in one go next, to get an unlimited membership, but after browsing around the site i can see that 40Gb will keep me going for some time yet anyway.

I stumbled across this site becauuse it was the only one hosting the crissy criss xmas special on BBC 1xtra - then a few days later it appeared at the tracker i normally use for dnb. What you have here is interesting, but i'm not a massive house/progressive fan - its something i only listen to occasionally.

When i can next afford it, i'll drop $101 to get a platinum membership :)
