anyways, getting back to the thing at hand, i've spent about an hour doing all the changes, went from 15 different folders (on 3 hdds) to one, with the help of third party software called
"BEncode Editor". it was quite easy to use, all i needed was the list of all my original folders and resume.dat file that utorrent is using to store all the info on its torrent-repository... i opened the editor, opened the resume.dat file in it, took me a while, my resume.dat is 8MB and contains info on over 7000 torrents. editor was memory hungry, it would eat up to 250gb of ram while searching for those folders.. i did "replace" thing, entered one original folder, found first, then "replace all", then change direction of search to the opposite (up to down, down to up) and search backwards for the new folder, find first, replace all, change direction, search, etc... each of my searches took up to several minutes. make sure you either switch search direction or close search window and manually select first entry in the list, so that search would start from top again, cause it doesn't go over from end to front, it stops at the end. so, yeah... very easy way to fix up all your folders in utorrent.
