Big problem with seeding

Hello Everybody  :-)
I have a big problem with the upload in µtorrent.The tracker work but the upload stay at 0.0Ko.Also after desactivate DHT,the problem doesn't resolve.My ratiO is very tiny 0.041  :unsure:
So please help me to find a solution  :'-(  (My Router is CNET-CAR854)
