The easiest and fastest way is surely living in the country. But since that ain't an option for you I would suggest you take all the methods mentioned.Dunno about class.. it may be helpful.Watch a movie or two a day. When you go out put some lessons in you Ipod.Just make the studying of this language some routine, part of your everyday life etc.
I myself learned English mainly from games and internet.
Dunno, just my 2 cents.

That makes perfect sense. I took it for granted. that every game out was made for every language. If i didn't speak english id be pissed. but i guess thats how it goes.

if you can't live in the particular country interacting with other people trough internet should also be usefull

tv/movie/subtitles
And of course there is a class; but not everyone has time to take a class on another language.
I took 3 yrs of spanish but don't remember much of it. Took 6 weeks of German; only remember how to say good day and good morning. And how to "correctly" pronounce my last name, since its German.
So, whats the best learning method. If you say movies/tv/subtitles; i'm gonna have to search for some. Because I have no clue where to find some: Arabic, Russian, Spanish, or German movies with subtitles.
I know where to find Bulgarian movies. lol
But not the ones mentioned.
