completed torrent not reporting as 'completed'

hey,

I Downloaded this torrent ' Stephan Hinz - Dasding Plattenleger - 14-Jun-2009'

I went to the torrent page to give it a vote but it says ' [you never reported this torrent as completed**] '

Even though this is being shown on my 'currently seeding' list & on my downloaded torrents page??

Tried a tracker update & left it for a couple of hours but still the torrents page is not reporting that I completed or even started this torrent file.

it will not help. normal clients like utorrent do not send "torrent complete" signal more than once - the moment it was completed. since you have some down-data reported on that torrent you can claim your award and torrent will be turned into "complete" for you with the ability to rate it and stuff. after considering it for a while, i will not post any "explanations", because simply if done intentionally this is called "cheating the system".
