bloomin conflicker worm

got my pc big time   i cant even get in to windows start up not even in safe mode.
Anyone know of a good rescue program that could scan my pc from bootup ? i could do a reformat but i dont want to loose any of my music .
i just wanna the creator of this virus and ring that persons bloody neck .

I think if you tried to reinstall the windows and boot it up from the Windows Cd , every thing will be OK , give it a try and if still not working so I think you need a technician

and if we found the creator of the virus >>>
