Can we change the rules about uploading files. Coz some uploads are terrible. I think no one from us doesn't want downloading mixes in 64kbps...

do not download files of 64kbps. if someone is threatening you trying to make you download them - lemme know, and i'll deal with those bad users. otherwise, what is the problem?

i think it's a bug!! do you concur?
64 kb/s for a stereo music is a misunderstanding, misapprehension.
So, it is a sort of bug.
