New virus /p2p sharing

I'm sure most of you are up to date with your AV and all that , i ve just been reading about a new virus that is spreading , ''Blackworm / Kama Sutra - Feb 3rd is day of reckoning
 This nasty new worm spreading thru email and network shares will delete security and file sharing programs, and will also overwrite many common file types. Here's the linky
