wait time

hi, i am from japan. i like the design of orange.
there is wait time at a few torrent sites. but i think this is not good...
because the rule does not raise up ratio for newbie. it will be left users...
i have a question. why does this site have the wait time and means?
please teach me.

there are quite a few people who are not new to this site, but they don't want to share. it is very uncalled for. since this is a free website and free service, you must give back what you take. and if you are really willing to get new mixes fast - you will make it possible by sharing your downloads.

wait time was removed. but strict uploading rules now are in work (0.2+ for ratio). so let's see what it helps or not.
