promotion & uploading sets

i have been on this site for a while now i would love to be able to upload sets i am a part of a promotion group from new york

if you want check out the mixes for download on the page all are quality mixes.
anyway if you could please private message me on rules or instructions on posting mixes that would be appreciated.
