Incomplete Torrents

I've spent awhile looking in the forum and the FAQ as to why I have incomplete torrents listed in my profile even though the torrents are 100% completed.  I'm seeding them.  I was hoping to claim the download credit for them since they were free.  Is this a bug or is it just because the torrents haven't been very active?

as a person tired of directing users with "rephrased" questions to the f.a.q. i could simply ignore this post... and i do if someone asks me personally in a pm about things that are in the f.a.q. but as a good human being i can tell you - please, read the f.a.q. more careful... and especially the part about "everything you ever wanted to know about awards", which is kinda even highlighted in the f.a.q....

ps. hint: incomplete torrents =(equals)= missing awards...

ghm... as i can see now (why didn't i look before i posted that stuff above... i guess, we're all humans... i post before looking.. you post instead of seeing...) you have already figured stuff out...
