Electro Progressive What Do U Think!!

Hello Eevrybody i was just thinking is electro progressive a good match btw two genres i think yes but if its well done sometimes hernan does it wright and sometimes its not that good matching btw them so wht do u think is electro progressive a good genre or wht because alot of talented djs are doing it now let me know ur opnion ???

last years there are alot of styles which were combined:techno + house = tech-house, minimal + house = minimal house, minimal + techno = minimal techno, electro + tribal = electribe and so on.
Like u said, sometimes combinating two styles gives us a great sound and this is actually what im trying to do.. but the people who really can combine styles are not much..for example Guy Gerber mixes flawless Progressive with tech and minimal elements which makes him a great musician, the same counts for people like Sasha, Desyn Massielo and many others

thats what im trying to do also but its very hard compiling my sets now is 10 x harder than just playing progressive and it can go very well or very bad if its not done properly

enen ur wrong sure hernan is the major example for wht i ms aying didnt u here live @ cavo radio this set is the major reason that made me start this topic wht an awesome set he starts with gail to the o and then some prog tracks awesome set it should be labled under ELECTRO PROGRESSIVE

arnani u cant judge someone's style becoz of one radio set.. u just cant, u gotta go to his gig at least once to see what he is playing.. and i know exactly what hernan is playing.. from deep house to techno, from minimal to pumping progressive.. he is a dj who can play alot of styles

i belive the set was live from teh club aired on cavo radio notice the technique of the set typical hernan playing live doesnt sound like anything  he would play on his show some older tracks ex roadkill,gail in the o,outhouse ,,,on his show hes playing new unrlsd shit all the time but since this is live hes just playing out hes key tracks and arnani the hernan ur describing is from 2006 now hes what enen is describing

progressive is good...tech house is good and electro is the best

Tech-elec is my favorite; what I call tech-electro house. Or tech house fused with electro and chunky prog and you got some nice beats going on if done properly
