do you know what it is? who uses it? care to share some info ??

peerguardian is a personal firewall designed to protect P2P sharers from the likes of film & Music companies,and also anti P2P sharers.Up until last week tho'no update has been finalised for Windows Vista.It could also be compared to protowall (But without all the configuring & separate drivers)
peerguardian by the way should only ever be downloaded from Phoenix labs!
All other sources are unreliable and may have been tampered with.

i kinda knew what it was...i should rephrase.. what are your thoughts about it after having used it?

Well I like the way it keeps the anti p2p bods out,but @ one point some of the updates were unavailable,which meant going for other lists,like Bogon etc,(Pipex does a banlist also),But it was a bit of a grind updating.it is fully configurable & gives the user full control to ban ranges or block http.
It is a good thing to have mainly because once you have a list in peerguardian,at least you will be blocking about 95% of the undesirables who would like to find out more about what you`re downloading,eg. RIAA-Warner Brothers-Sony-and many many more (Including Police)
Worth having if you do a lot from the likes of Piratebay or Isohunt,or any of the other big torrents.
Also Vital if you are downloading new films especially those unreleased ones that are not in cinemas yet!

Yes they are all there,Some of the films my wife downloads,she gets them several weeks b4 release.
Some are camcorder but many are dvd screeners (Released by some dude for money)
I saw Spiderman 4 weeks before it was released :)
