lucabativip Degenerate on December 10th, 2005 / post 737
i like tribal progressive a lot, tribal itself is ok for me but after a little bit i can get tired of it.
to make an example one of my favourite sets this year was the stephane k - live @ dokk budapest september 9, tribal progressive at its best
Jake, it takes more than sex to make a man happy. You also need money.   (Charlie Harper)

tribal and progressive go hand in hand, often flowing one into another. but i like tribal more. and most.

tribal house?
oh i love it too, i could even say it is kind of addiction in my case
but there was time i didnt like it as much
first time i got involved into this progressive tribal stuff it was mid 2000,
i was accustomed before that house must be groovy, funky and first of all happy
(remember anthems like "bad habit" or "must be the music" ware being played all around)
but tribal house was different... vaaaary dark...,
so it was a little bit weird for me why they even called it house
even though first impression did not last too long
percussions, drums, ethnic mood, wicked vocals… (you name it) impressed me so much
that my music taste evolved into what it is today - strictly underground house,
mostly progressive (best description of which could be anthem from g-pal "ocean of blue" remixed by tone depth and sultan
or dj rasoul's "oh baby" remixed by chus and ceballos)
greets

i agree, actually. back in 2000th :) tribal house was represented by people like jonathan peters, playing dark tribal amazing stuff. but later more like tribal lawler it all evolved. although now i'm more into chus and ceballos.
