How to make sets?

Hi I want to start making sets for myself. I have lots of trakcs and I dont wanna just burn them on a cd, instead I wanna learn how make sets and was wondering if there are any easy programs which can help me with this task. Thanks in advance.
there is a program called Virtual Dj ,,,its very easy to use

there a program which i use called.... tracktor dj.. it has a recorder its not bad though
