total upload count problem

It seems to me, that the system not count everything into my uploaded amount. I had approx. 36,7 GB upload and 40,7 GB download. I downloaded John Digweed - Bunker session 44, my seeding page shows I downloaded 2.17 GB, uploaded 9.65 GB, but my total upload is 39,5 GB and the download is about 42,9 GB.
My ratio increased to 0.92, but it should be more than 1! My client sent the correct information, because it shows the same 9.65 GB upload.
