Best webpage for radio m3u's

I recently found this site and thought it would be very helpful, maybe you do already know it:

And then my question: What are you currently using to record radio-streams? I am still using Winamp + Streamripper Plugin, but that sometimes causes problems.

Do you know of any other program that rips mp3 streams AND is capable of doing a cue-file with the metadata?
