Reseed history ?

On history page says I can request reseed for this , but on reseed says history impossible to reseed ? so what's the truth ?

I think I have 3500 points and I would want to request a reseed for this https://www.tribalmixes.com/histentry.php?id=29333 , is it possible ?

this torrent is in "history". it was removed from tribalmixes and is no longer available.
