Could someone clarify? Denied upload / warning

So now I have warning and I can't upload with next error:

you're too hot...
you have a warning.. can't upload with warning, - this means you don't seed enough, and we believe you won't seed your own uploads.. :(

So I want to upload new mix and collect rating from this upload, but I can't because of low rating

that's a little bit confusing  

yep, is a freaking loop...

there are other ways to fix your warning besides uploading torrents...

you might be doing something you are not supposed to be doing.....

What might that be?
