Download Debit for Ratio-Free torrent not credited

I'm not sure if this is the right place or not but I just joined the site recently and completely downloaded 4 of the EDC torrents.  They're ratio-free and I got 4 awards from them and clicked the award icon after receiving them but my share ratio still hasn't been credited with the download debit or credit that the award was supposed to provide.  Since I haven't gotten credit back from it, my share ratio is completely terrible right now.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?  Thanks.

1. you are wrongfully accusing the system, all awards are applied when clicked to apply.

2. your torrent client is bad/faulty/whatever, it reported too much downloads on each of the 4 torrents you snatched, sometimes TWICE as much as the original size.

3. you have reported almost 40GB downloads on torrent https://testnew.tribalmixes.com/torrent/89534-EDC-Las-Vegas-2014-Day1-BassPod-1080p-STREAM-AAC2-0-h264-YOUTUBE , 16GB of which AFTER award has been issued for this torrent.

i don't care if it's your client, or your friend or you yourself redownloaded the data on this torrent. that is how it happened, and there's nothing can be done about it but seed.

now my question to you: why are you not seeding the 4 videos you downloaded??

Well what happened is I started the download on one hard drive but didn't realize I wouldn't have enough space for the full thing, so I stopped the download and changed the location to another hard drive.  I'm not sure if maybe that's why the awards may not have worked or something.  I'm trying to seed the files that I did download but I deleted the .torrent files after I had completed the download since I got the awards and thought that I could start on the next torrents.  I was able to receive the .torrent files that I deleted sent to me by someone on this forum and I currently have it open and seeding but I'm not sure that I'm getting credit for it since it's not showing up on my active seeds.  Do you know why this may be?  I did uninstall and reinstall my torrent program so maybe it's not registering with the website properly?  Thanks for the response.

you need to download those torrent files from the site, not from someone else.
you need to open them in your client.

and again, awards worked as supposed to. you even got double awards because you supposedly downloaded double the amount. if you read my post above again, you might understand, why and what.

Yeah, I'm thinking what happened was I clicked them before I finished downloading the last one and that last one ate up all of my share-ratio.  I thought you weren't supposed to get the awards until after a complete download so I'm not exactly sure how I got the awards when I still had stuff left to finish downloading.  It's probably something wrong on my end and not the site.  Also for the seeding, I can't download the torrent files from the site.  I tried clicking on the 4 links that I already have completed but they're not popping up in my torrent client which is why I tried asking someone else for the .torrent file.  Do you think this is due to my low share ratio?

but i think that if you downloaded more via my files, that wouldn't be atributed to you as well, which means atleast it didn't make it worse. which makes me feel a bit better.

slash, is it an idea to be able to gift other users points/awards?
instead of gifting only points and awards, we might also offer up some of our stats like,
maybe add 5gb downloaded to my account, add 5gb to upload of other user for x points.
