Difference between upload credit and download debit.

whats the difference!? And which should I buy to improve my ratio?

Download debit - Removes from your total downloaded amount.
Upload credit - Adds to your total uploaded amount.

Download debit is always the best choice (which is why it's more expensive) because everything you upload is worth more (toward your ratio) with a lower DL-amount. If you only want to up your ratio to a 1:1 balance UL-credit will be a lot cheaper pointswise, but your current 1200 points won't be near enough for you to sort your situation.

guttergod is right, with upload credit you can download the most for fewest points.
download credit is usefull for ratio, but really only when you want it higher then needed.
if your goal is to download as much as possible, go upload credit.
if your goal is high ratio go with download debit.

on another note, just let the EDC video's you're downloading finish and use their award.
i'm pretty sure that will fix your ratio

I had a 1.9gb download. However, I purchased a 1gb download debit and it still stayed the same.

So I started tinkering withe the upload credit.

really useful... i have improved my ratio by purchasing upload credit!
