SO MY ADVICE TO YOU:
TO BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR TORRENTS CONNECTABLE YOU HAVE TO STOP THEM IN YOUR TRACKER AND THAN START THEM ALL AGAIN. YOU WILL SEE AFTER A FEW SECONDS ALL CONNECTABLE AND I GUESS THIS IS THE SOLUTION WITH THE PROBLEM. I HOPE YOU SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND SHARE THEM ALL TO THE WORLD.

After I read all posts in this forum and tweaked and tested to forward my ports for connection, I realized that my sets are not connectable in BitTorrent I came up with the idea to experiment a little bit more without changing ports and stuff. there's no need to use all caps for this. it is the first thing anyone should do - stop and start torrents. if you read my initial post - you will see it in one of the points i make.

need to login to the router/wifirouter and forward/open a port the same as the torrenting software is set to.

Need more information, such as the router brand and model, type of connection, operating system and the torrenting software.

Router is an NG510.

Connection is WiFi.

Have tried both Vuze/Azeurus and microTorrent

Others on TM use Vuze and Azeurus so you should be able to get it working.

Login to the router, and forward one 'incoming port' Motorola use the term 'Base Host Port'

use 'both' [TCP and UDP]

high ports are supposedly better, example port 63225

Ensure the torrent client is set to the same outgoing port number.
incoming can be set to random port

Check Windows firewall settings, sorry I dont know much about those, but you can google to find answers or maybe someone else will know here.

Is there an issue with QBitTorrent? I am shown on this website as seeding, and I can see the seeds and peers for my torrents in brackets, but they just don't connect to upload...?!

Well, I didn't get anywhere with that. I tried everything mentioned in the thread, but still couldn't achieve connectable status. Interestingly, it used to work perfectly. The only change I made to my system was replacing my main router. Of course, I transferred all the settings from the old device (Asus to Asus), but it still doesn't work.

as it turns out, becoming connectable is not always easily possible.. not referring to any of the posters here, just my recent experience. i switched to mobile-based internet, or whatever it's called... tmobile sent me a modem that is literally a box with a telephone number (funnily last 4 digits are 6969), and it's basically some mobile hotspot tech - my PC connects to Internet via this tiny WIFI enabling dongle i bought, while mobiles and laptop all have WIFI built in by default.. anyways, due to its NAT nature, this way of access simply doesn't allow to open any ports.. after this and that i found that using a VPN solves my problem, because the VPN actually allows to open ports (well, it basically has all ports open by default).. that's all to it.

It sounds like you had CGNAT Slash.. I just binned off a new provider as I need ports open for a lot of things, not just for torrents.. They're ways around it (which I found out before it went and was replaced) as you found however its more effort for sure..
