never cared for fergie..

loved his hard house style (he was taught by Tony de Vit)...then he went for the cheesy stuff for hard house and trance....the public domain...blow ya speakers type shit. Then he smartened up and went for techno. I like his label to a point....always thought he was not the smartest person out there.

andy you are so right, he and i dont get the logic behind what you said, but if he is a person who starts in house and cheesy dick shtick, then how can he Aoki, get the mind set to to play serious underground (at the level of speedy j/adam beyer / sven vath on his tech sets), but those are fucking hard levels to obtain for anybody. the set i saw sucked, and it was at the showbox @the pike place market, terrible speakers, bad set up overall, the SODO location is so much better layed out. and i am at my first social event period cuz that was the night he opened for infected mushroom (my fine mate took me and said evrything past the door is on your wallet, fair enough, he paid the 22 dollars for parking, my tix, and i sat in the back where the only place was to sit if are you are injured. but how many truly injured  people do you ever see at a show anywhere?> no too many, now that i am one of them, and try convincing a bouncer, short of military service or limb missing to show that you are fucking in pain) learned that one too...but the sound was shit. my home theater rocks HARD, showbow at the market in seattle was a let let down, my buddy said i had to go into the pit or deep into the dance area, right, that wasnt happening, and lose the only chair there~!  so i never truly heard it POUND. in seattle they opened a club Foundation which features the Funktion 1 sound system and next to MARTIN AUDIO, good god, it splits your chest w/o hurting your head space, for the high end. truly done right. so excited to go when a dj i love will be on the scedule and the fucking price is still rididculous, if you have a nice car, you arent thrillled to park it there, and once again 50 bucks for a single dj show, and 8+ for single shots and drinks go up from there. god, must be nice to be in the techno biz, Foundation is purely a EDM JOINt, I CAN APPRECIATE THAT. BUT MY WALLET HURTS BAD. NOT AS bad as i do though. and taking your meds in public, that is always something you wonder what the security or people are thinking. or maybe it makes me cooler than cool! idk....

Fergie ..... Well i have met the guy on a couple of occasions, he is a sound bloke & there is no doubt he is talented. I liked his sounds going back quite a few years although i have to admit that sort of stuff does little for me now.... Top bloke though, as for pics with aoki well mmmmm maybe aoki is a fan
