no pissing taking mate, no pain, no gain... I never had that problem... it was almost as hard to put weight on (10kilos in 10weeks) and I got sick of eating 4 or 5 times a day, happy now the weight I am now, so good luck Frenchie!!!

It is a brutal regime, nearly an hour of up for it exercise and then to protect yourself, there is a warmdown stretching (that you need to make use of).
It is hardcore and bloody hard but after a few days, my body aches like a motherfucker.
Yesterday was strength...it involved the use of bloody weights while doing harsh exercises. Today is core, which is jumping and a whole lot of stretches. There is a time clock at the bottom right hand side of the screen and after about 15 mins left, you are praying it is over. Its just that intense, on the video, the people doing the exercises with the host Shawn T are gassed and hurting, you can see it. I recommend you go at your own pace. It is brutal...tis what I am going to do after I type this POS.
I do recommend starting with Insanity (the basic one) for a few months then moving to Insanity Asylum. I only started because my friends and bosses decided to get involved. If you want to have more energy, be in better shape, this is worth it. I started it with 2 bosses at my work, where you have those people to push you. YOu need that in this type of workout but I find after a few days, I ache in places that I did not know I had but it is well worth it. I plan to do this workout for a few months then progress to something else but its getting through. The plan calls for a rest day on day 5 (which I cannot wait to hit) but that is 3 more ball breaking days.
You also need to devote the time to this and you cannot skip a day. Its ball breaking

Hmmm. I prefer my regime, 2 x bike rides a day and 4 days a week without any alcohol!
Much easier
