What's your favorite mix from 2012?

moocowdanstar Mid Tempo Bounc on November 22nd, 2012 / post 54460
It is that time of the year when we have had a chance to listen to some wonderful tunes and superb mixes, what live mix, radio show or promo stands out for you and why?

Andy has touched on some up and comers which sure makes me look forward to 2013. I am sure some of them may appear in ones favorites for 2012.

Stand out for me is Hernan Cattaneo - Delta 90.3 - Episode 061. The whole mix is littered with massive tunes and arranged in a away that is sublime.

Favourite tune for 2012 is within as well, 10dens - in a distant world.

I think you know mine Dan,its gonna have to be yes  Max Cooper the man is on fire with production after production remix after remix there seems to be no stopping him a true talent.

The UK based producer, remixer, DJ & all round genius is also a theoretical geneticist.Yep clever guy.
My favorite tune would be any of his to hard to pick one.
My favorite mix from Max is the Transitions mix or Movements Through Self Contained Space.

Personally I dig Ida's mix from Sunbay 2011. Its more up my alley, its 3 hrs of banging techno and tech house. I thought her Panorama Bar mix was way more housy then I'm used to from her. Her mix reminds me of the free flowing house from my biatch   Maya, who always starts that real deep house jaunt then ends up usually near tech house and techno.

I converted some jewish girl who works with us. I was playing my ipod in the warehouse while working and went through Sunbay 2011. She has a b.f who listens to shit top 40....lmao

She says to me, you got better taste than my b.f. I'm like hell fucking yeah!...of course I got the better music than anyone...

No one comes close...

She heard the first 20 mins of Luis Junior from last year, she wants that set

I'm converting the bastards one at a time!
