about 12 years ago, we decided that we would take all the wallpaper and ugly paint off the upstairs bathroom walls (when I lived at home). So we sanded down the walls and took the wallpaper off and then said sod it, we will do next year (this was august). Since then, my father has been making excuses not to do the bathroom. Its now 12 years later and my mother is still bugging my father to do it and he keeps saying I'll get to it.
