When I was a boy, I used to have a scrap buttie (teacake or breadcake or bun to you Yanks) with vinegar.... pretty horrendous, but I loved them!!

Chicken, beef or lamb, a healthy amount of chilli sauce, garlic yoghurt, then all the salad trimmings, onion, lettuce, tomato, tabouleh, sometimes some jalapeno and sometimes some cheese when your in the mood...
