i haven't been really checking, but in my opinion they've improved, many of the files taken from tribalmixes they leave as is, same goes for some other stuff. their staff are on here alot, so they saw our threads about their bad behavior, and made them stop overencodin shit..

It seems that the eyes are out, i agree with Slash that encoding seems to have settled down alot especially on the site in question. I just hope other eyes spy these forums as well. I think we should continue with the spectrum analysis thread. If anyone would like files compared i will put my hand up to do them.

I plan to do the AAC to mp3 comparison as soon as time permits.

I would have a sniff around their site and check if they are still being naughty, but I don't want to give them the extra page hits !
