man, this will be tolerated in the UK when he comes to play, if he does.. that's how it works.. i think.. that sucks, of course.
besides, the "commercial scene" is what's wrong already, they are just using the position to get "perks".. wouldn't you?
this is a thing that i am thinking about for a while.. do a ranting blog. where we could rant about stuff, like this one here, or some music videos that make no sense, or whatever else bugs and bothers us out of control in the edm dj scene.. who's with me?? =)

To be honest mate, those sort of shit DJs don't play often if at all in the UK.. yes we have a commercial club scene but its full of pissheads and all are high street bars/clubs... where it attacts idiots who wouldn't know any DJ from one to another...In the US as far as I can see its diluted as its more mainstream...sadly in the UK alot of the big clubs and venues have gone, in fact all most all of them with the exception of the shithouse that is Ministry in London (they do have the odd good event), but barring that its piss poor.
Thankfully everything is pretty much underground... you have to like Layo & Buswacka @ Shaleit monthly or Digweeds Bedrock, or Sankeys in Manchester which are all driven for people who know their music. I can say in Leeds we don't have that sort of crowd its piss heads or full on clubbers... no middle ground like the aforementioned wankers that supposedly play mainstream bollox in the US.
Electro and trance is not very popular here from all the club listings that I've seen (however I see Jules, Tiesto and Oakenfold are playing in Leeds this weekend, but thats a one off as far as I know), so I'm glad they're over there and not here...even in Europe its the same in the majority of the places too...

Steve Aoki can ask for what he wants and people will give it to him.
But I do point out, look what happened when Superstar DJ Keoki got his head, too far up his own arse and his career crumbled under the weight of his bloated self importance
Plus if you think that's bad, look for elton john's rider or mariah carey or axl rose. They are terrible...
Elton John CANNOT be stopped or talked to by security under any circumstances....lol
