hehe, brits.. "brit" in itself is a good strong word already.. =)

how about this, my friend from university in russia, who i haven't been in touch for years, about 10 years ago has moved to UK and got into a governmental organization called, i think, Actuary Mathematics Smth Smth, basically math that deals with predictions, risks, etc, etc, - all the math theory that is needed for any life/property/etc insurance company. to make this short, his email looked something like "Grigory.Spivak@gad.gov.uk", where "gad" is for that actuary thing, and rest is plain... well, this email is only missing 1 letter to be read in russian as a double curse-word... if it said "@gad.govN.uk" - it would have been "gad govnuk" - in russian "gad - bad person, jackass", "govnuk - shitty person, asshole"...

anyways, i dunno why i wrote that.. just to keep this thread going, i guess.. =)

ps. can anyone share some well over-used Cockney expressions? i only know a couple... "upstairs" would be "apples and pears" or something like that?.. =)
