Track markers in single mix & retaining single file

Guys... I have 1 long mix that contains 10 different tracks.  I want to keep this in a single MP3 file, however I want to be able to put track markers for all 10 tracks.  This is different to just splitting up the file into 10 songs and having 10 different MP3 files.  I know this can be done and different tag info can be assigned for each track within the 1 file - I've seen this done with many single podcast files.

There lots of info via the web on splitting up files but not splitting the tracks but retaining the single file format.

Any recommended software to do the job would be good, all the ones I've seen do half the job.
