I have downloaded two music files(using torrents).When i open them there is a robot voice (like microsoft's SAM) that says global underground promotional copy.What does it mean?

it means that they were recorded from a promotional copy of a cd or tape. this means only for non commercial use.

so it isn't a demo or s'thing like that ?

it's like a demo version of an upcoming release
