How to request re-seed (reseed) ?

I can't find any 'Request Reseed' button above the comments area.
There are only those buttons: write comment, bookmark this torrent, vote best torrent, report violating torrent, pevious bookmark and go to next torrent.
Anybody can tell me what happened with 'Request Reseed' button?
When I looked in source there is a link but I can't find a button on a torrent page.

Click on the one that says previous bookmark, that will take you to the reseed request page it has a +1 symbol.  

if torrent has 1 or more seeds - buttons doesn't show up.

There is many torrent without seeds and the Request reseed button doesn't show.

I will check this tip with 'Previous bookmark'.

i mailed the down loaders for 1 re seed it worked its down loading now

i now need to find a re seed on this one now
