I wont type too much. no one really responds to the threads anyways. If you run marathons and wanna talk hit "reply".


i think i mentioned, this before, i run, but i dont run marathons. but i can run for some time on going.
for around 45 min
i want to practice so my stamina can increase but...

I just wanna see if anyone in here has any good advice for beginners? mohammedebasha do you ever tried to run barefoot? Try it out. its better for your back. There are many articles online about barefoot running.
I run in Vibram Five Finger Shoes. Google it. I love those shoes!!

the only advice my little experience can provide is
when running (jogging doesn't matter) just breathe in from your nose, make them deep breathes, and breathe out from your mouth.
try to make it as similar to normal breathing as possible.
what that does, it helps me to tire slower, if i stop wouldnt, be me out of breath it would be my muscles soar.
another tip is increase your time everyday by a min, that should help you increase stammina
worked for me.
I lost 10 Kgs from running and hitting the gym so i think these tips do work.
