A long shot, but can anyone ID this?

This is a clip from a local DJ here in norway and the track im after is the one that has the beat that you can hear just a bit in the start and again towards the end of the clip 1.20 - 1.32 aprox. He used this beat mixed in with a lot of other songs as well troughout the night and I just dig this. Crappy sound qual but the best I could find :)
