problems with reseeding!

I'm having problems with reseeding torrents. It seems that neither bitcomet nor u-torrent will allow me to reseed. please help!

u must download torrent again and reopen it with ur client and save the mp3 to the same folder when u downloaded the file for the first time, that way it will restart seeding
