new utorrent creates wrong .torrent files?

well, maybe not "wrong", but something is off, i think... newest version i have is 1.8b build 9363.. just updated last night,,, you know, when seeding 1k torrents, it's hard to stop-start the client all the time, so... anyways, this one was updated (a couple of days ago) and since that every time i create a torrent and upload it to the website, my seed is rejected, and i have to download the torrent file from the tracker, open it in utorrent, direct saving to existing folders, check it 100% right, and then start seeding...

what's wrong, you ask? well, the only reason that can happen is when website sees no Private Torrent Flag in the .torrent file, and adds the flag by itself, thus creating and saving a completely new .torrent file, which is basically the same, but since a flag was added/altered - it is a completely different check-sum, giving a completely different torrent... and i do know that i'm having that flag checked on when i'm creating my next torrent...

so this is the deal.. anyone knows what that could be? maybe .torrent standard has changed a little? or maybe utorrent simply forgets something? dunno....

didnt try the new one yet, still 1.7.7 here

i thought it was just me with the problem so i never said anything
every time i upload i have to retrieve the .torrent file from the tracker. its a bother, but oh well cause im not switching clients.

okey dok, if anyone had such problems, they should have been gone by now if you keep updating client, as developers have probably found that nasty bug, and now it's all good, beta 9704 works as usual...
