annoying message in browse page

if you selected your country in your profile - don't read or answer, if you read it!

hey, sorry for that annoying message when you browse torrents. it's just a little thing that only contributes to country stats. aren't you interested in how much music yuor fellow homies are getting?

anyways, it's gonna be on and off sometimes. just a reminder. i mean, it even looks good there, the message. sorry for all of you who already selected your country, you won't see this message!

okok... i know it might be a little harsh, but tell me what you think: is it all right to have such message there? saying 'select blah-blah' in large font? i mean, is it politically appropriate and stuff? users from europian countries can select 'europe' as their home. would be nice. and i mean, if you don't want to select a country, just select planet earth instead, it's all good, it still shows that you care..

for good or for bad, you guys, but this message will not bother you for long, as it is after 2 weeks your country will be automatically selected for you by the geographical ip location. you can change it to something better representing youself  by going into the OUTLOOK on the left.
