if someone sees himself as a good stylist and artist, you are surely welcome to create skins for the site. everything new and cool will be added to skins section of the site, and you will see some reward as far as the website practice.
if a few people would like to do that, or in a short period of time we would get a few skins groupped then we could make a contest, or just create a poll deciding which skin is best.
