i totaly agree: it's pretty annoying to download a set, and realize later that it's a rebroadcast :(

As for duplicated sets... come on guys... just delete it if more ppl tell u that it was already uploaded :-/

Ya, but that isnt totally fair to the leechers who have just put out their share ratio for that set. There should be a way to reinstate a persons ratio when this happens. It is for essentially this reason that ppl fear to download a set that may look iffy. You should be able to get a ratio refund if a torrent was removed due to an uploader error. Just my opinion... :-)

simple...if let's say u start downloading a set and it turns out to be a double post, thus the torrent gets removed, now what? let's say u have 40% done..well go to the first post "original" and simply finish it.

ps. this is just a suggestion i know that many times the files are different, but this could be a partial solution. :-)

you like little kids in a classroom without a teacher.

may be its time to limit out the number of uploaders for beginners.
unite the uploaders to work the issues out would be helpful.
once you have a working system between uploaders, start bringing in uploaders who have to follow the rules, you guys who should be experienced uploaders by now can work out between each other.
on all other trackers there is always an Admin who takes care of all the issues to do with uploaders and uploading rules and regulations.

Geez, this isn't freakin rocket science to figure out guys & there is no point just getting mad at each other just because there isnt a system or a problem.

Guys, just be calm & figure it out by first making a list of problems & then find solutions. (this isnt rocket science)

PS. Let me know if you guys need help. (after all I have experience with these issues)

knowing if it a rebroadcast is hard,,,,so i guess the best thing here is to get more ppl with authority to delete torrents the moment they get sure its a rebroadcast ,,,,,more moderators or sumthing

Im curious, how many power users have uploaded rebroadcasts? I thought it was mainly the uploaders and VIPs who did the deed. Its not a huge deal if a bad set was uploaded by mistake, just refund the ratio to the poor leechers. Elite members of the staff could start a coalition that cracks down on the source of the problem, ie. bad radio stations or w/e. This would distribute knowledge rather than disipline, which is a much easier way to get the music to the people.

I agree with u Untouchable! It hapenned to me too.And i deleedthose sets without any remorse.But,what if the user who uploaded the set wich is a rebroadcast,doesn't have,downloaded or lisened before that set and can't figure out if is or not a rebroadcast? :unsure:

Yes it does... This originaly broadcast may be dead and than for sure I cannot download it.. Second reason is that I forget about some sets and maybe at that time I didn't downloaded them because I thought they were boring and a friend told me... And I forgot to get home and grab it but now I see it and I download it and everyone is happy!
