Track Packs 1 and 2 - legal or not?

hey, many have probably downloaded The Best House TRACKS of 2005 Special Pack and The Best House TRACKS of 2005 Special Pack 2, but for now we are in a little confusion, since noone can tell if this is legal or not. in deep of my heasd i think it should be illegal to do this, since you can buy those tracks, on the other hand it is a product by uploaders - bought tracks arranged together to present some creative idea, as much as livemixes do.

so, what do you think about all this? maybe you've seen some related info, tell us! this is really important, but we don't see anything anywhere... thanks!

Here in Belgium its definetly illegal, since any redistribution of music without paying royalties is illegal.
And I don't think this should be on this site either. Uploading and downloading this is just the same as going to Kazaa, or something alike, and download the tunes from there. This site is about mixes by dj's, not about distributing tunes that one can buy.

i guess your right slash,,,,i looked alot for documents saying that its legal,,,,but all i found is that if the site allows uploading tracks then there will be no difference between it and all p2p programs,,,napster ,kazza ,, etc,,,,which is illegal,,,,but i read a document states that kazza and this kind of programs are not responsible for the data transfered  ,,,its all the user mistake,,,cause they cant monitor all the files ,,,, i know the document is not clear ,,, but i think it leads us to conclude that its illegal....
