Cannot vote on the IDC

I have downloaded all 12 torrents from the IDC and im seeding them. The site tells me that i need to download 1 more... and also says that i have downloaded 7... why is that? I can also say that not all download was refunded.

IF YOU ARE ...
1) cheating not to report downloads and completed torrents - you will not be able to vote
2) cheating as to download part of a torrent and report it complete - you will not be able to vote and will not receive a full award
3) cheating in a subject of lying about all this (you CANNOT have full torrent and not have any reported downloaded data on it) - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VOTE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AWARDS, YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE BANNED from the website for cheating


ps. do not be cheating and then asking "where is it?" you will NOT receive anything, if system didn't give it to you. do everything right - receive awards and kudos. cheat - shut up and hide, [b]have a little of conscience.[/u]
