hey i wrote to Lisa Lashes asking her if she had done any events for Breast cancer , here's her reply :)

Hi Mel, what I do for the foundation, where possible, is give a percentage from any Lashed nights that I do.. I also play at there fund raising nights for free and the money goes into the foundation..
It will be alot of hard work to organise such a big scale fund raiser but, as you know, its definatly worth it to bring awareness to people.

Good luck with your project and fingers crossed everything will work out fine for you..

Exactly 1 year ago today -13th October my world fell apart when i was diagnosed with breast cancer , no way not cancer .. 3 days earlier i'd been told it was a benign tumor and i'd been celebrating ..The shock was too much , i walked round the surgeons office saying no no no x 100 .. i was a broken woman .. but i knew what i had to do and that was fight fight fight for survival .. noway was this bastard going to beat me .. IT DIDN'T a year on i'm still here , in which i am so grateful to all my surgeons , Oncologists , Breast Cancer Nurses , My Family , and Friends and my strong mind ..
so today is pink wig and marshmallow day , it's going to be fun fun fun .. I'm throwing a party to help raise money for breast cancer research and to give thanks to everyone who has supported me ,
all my bc sister who i have cried for .. and i love dearly ..
you are all in my thoughts always

Hi gwende, I'm pretty new here and I read your first post, it gave me goosebumps. Cancer is such an evil disease, my grandfather died from it only months after he was diagnosed with it. You are a miracle and you have a very strong will, you are blessed. I wish you the best.      Alex
