whats the best mixing software?

i ve got this ableton thing and it's sooooo difficult in use and i understand nothing from it and virtual dj make the mixes awful it just make the volume of the first track get down and higher the seconed one :whistle:

Here this whole time i was trying to find reason...well i found it and the tutorial video and now im told its only for production :'-(

no no no..ableton is for mixing too! there is even a tutorial in it for how to dj with ableton! yea sure, when it was made at first it wasn't intended for mixing, but dj's like sasha found it great for mixing (as well as producing) and now its for mixing too..

whoa whoa whoa..i never said mixing makes you a dj...i simply wanna learn to mix up some tracks...never said anything bout being a dj...its funny how i ask a ? and people go assumin i wanna be a dj...hell yes i want to. but i dont have what it takes right now....id love to...but i dont even know how to spin...just wanna play with some programs on my pc thats all.. :lol:

For Production:...............Logic Pro - Reason - Cubase

For Mixing:................VirtualDJ (poor but easy) - Ableton (very good choice but need alot of smartness and learning) - Traktor (will be the best if you have your own mixer) - mixmiester fusion (best choice for totally beginners) - DSS DJ (my own fav. easy mixing software, thanks to Untouchable)
